Spring in Phoenix has a beauty of its own! Succulent shrubs have erupted and are producing beautiful, and sometimes unlikely, blooms. Many of these are scented and as the weather warms up these contrasting smells engulf one!
This is not always the best time to be in the desert for the allergy-prone – but the natural beauty is truly spectacular.
The birds are busy making nests and in the past few weeks we’ve spotted many hummingbirds, quail, sparrows, mockingbirds, thrashers, woodpeckers, and grackles, and a pair of parrots and a cardinal to top our list!
